Terms of Service
Last updated 7 October 2026
These terms apply when you use the Dspatch app, the Dspatch Rider app or dspatch.app. Dspatch is a business run by Hustle 360 LTD, a company in Nigeria ("Dspatch", "we", "us"). By creating an account or booking a delivery you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Questions: [email protected].
1. What Dspatch does
Dspatch connects people who need something delivered with verified independent riders, and runs each delivery with identity checks, live tracking and handover codes. You must be 18 or older to use Dspatch.
2. Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password and sign-in codes to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- We can suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, prohibited items or anything that puts riders, customers or the public at risk.
3. Booking and price
- You see the full price (delivery fee plus Dspatch service fee) before you pay. The price is based on the pins you set, so make sure they're right; a wrong pin can mean a wrong price or a failed delivery.
- Pay Dspatch only, through the app or website (card, transfer or USSD via Flutterwave). Never pay a rider directly or send them a transfer screenshot; riders never collect cash for deliveries.
- A delivery is only offered to riders after payment is confirmed.
4. What you can send
Describe your item honestly. You must not send: anything illegal; drugs; weapons, ammunition or explosives; flammable, toxic or otherwise dangerous goods; cash, gold or other valuables meant as payment; live animals; stolen goods; or anything a rider can't safely carry on their vehicle. Riders may refuse an item that looks unsafe, prohibited or different from its description. Pack items properly.
5. "Pick up for me" (errands)
You must have already paid the store. Riders don't pay for goods. Tell the store your order code or reference; the rider collects with it, photographs the order and receipt, and brings it to you. We aren't responsible for the store's goods, mistakes in your order, or a store that won't release it.
6. Codes and handover
- The sender gives the pickup code only after checking the rider is the one shown in the app. The person receiving gives the drop-off code only once the item is in their hands.
- Keep codes private. A handover to someone who gives the correct code counts as delivered.
- Each step is recorded with photos, times and places. That record is how we settle questions about a delivery.
7. Cancelling and refunds
- You can cancel until the rider arrives at the pickup. If you'd already paid, we refund it to your bank account.
- Once the rider has arrived or collected the item, the delivery can't be cancelled in the app; contact us.
- If your item doesn't arrive because of a failure on our side, we refund what you paid us for that delivery to your bank account.
- Refunds go back through the payment channel or to your bank account, usually within a few working days.
8. Our responsibility
We take care to verify riders and protect every delivery, but we're not liable for delays or failures caused by things outside our reasonable control (for example traffic, weather, road closures, security incidents or network outages), for items that break the rules in section 4, for inaccurate details or pins you provide, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.
9. Riders
- Riders must pass NIN verification and our approval (documents and guarantor) before taking jobs, and must be 18 or older.
- Riders work as independent riders. You keep 100% of the delivery fee shown for each job; it's paid to you by Dspatch as agreed when you're approved.
- Follow every step in the app: the selfie, photos, codes and arrival checks. Keep location on while online and while carrying a parcel. Never collect cash, accept transfers from customers, open packages or hand over without the correct code.
- Your account works on one phone. Faking GPS, sharing your account, mishandling items or abusing customers leads to suspension and, where it's a crime, a report to the authorities.
10. Booking links
Riders can share a personal booking link. Bookings made through it follow these same terms, and payment still goes to Dspatch.
11. Changes and law
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and tell you in the app or by email if the change is significant. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If something goes wrong, contact us first at [email protected] and we'll try to resolve it quickly.
